JEBO

"Espousing the true rock and roll ethic of playing live and loud, JEBO are custodians of a sound that takes its lineage from all great British bands, with the emphasis on finely crafted and a captivating live performance.”

JEBO hail from Bristol and are borne of the ‘old school’ days of proper guitar rock, great musical accomplishment and searing, winding heartfelt lyrics. In early 2005, the band supported Canadian artists 'The Musical Box' on the UK leg of their European tour, culminating in a near sell out show at the Royal Albert Hall on April 23rd. Further to this performance, the band have since aroused interest in Canada, Germany and Italy as well as the UK.

Quality mp3's of both studio and live performances are available for free download from the JEBO website. The band are currently recording their first album with producer John Burns (Genesis, Jethro Tull, John Martyn and others) and mixing engineer Ben Findlay (Peter Gabriel, Massive Attack, Afro Celt Sound System, Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, Van Morrison and others...).

"Whereas some bands take themselves seriously and shouldn't - JEBO take music and response seriously - resulting in undeniable respect from those who have rarely seen modesty and talent unified so sweetly." Clive Leighton BBCi"
