Room4 studios is a
purpose built rehearsal & recording studio located near Central
Bristol with the exterior shell of an old brick & stone Quaker
meeting hall, across the street from Heron Music Ltd in a
semi-residential area. Each room acoustically designed & treated for
the optimum sound by a Greenwich based company, Recording
Architecture Ltd. Each room is fully isolated from the others for
recording purposes which reduces interruptions from outside & next
door, keeping that live jam experience private & nice... |

[Room4] REHEARSALS:
Rooms are charged
on an evening basis. We are open for rehearsals 6-10.30pm
weeknights and the room is yours between those times.
Depending on the size of the room, prices are range from £22
to £26 (roughly £5 an hour). This includes backline
hire. We also serve affordable home cooked meals, snacks &
drinks to help you make better use of your time. We are open during
the daytimes and weekends but call for availability/times. Free
pool table & lounge area with complimentary drinks & tv, on site wc
facilities, outdoor area for bikes, table seating & designated
sheltered smoking area. Room4 is open during daytimes for workshops,
community groups, after school activities & music lessons.
Available for private functions.
There are three
rooms categorised as David, Billie, & Satchmo.

Variety of Pro Tools enabled recording options available
1] The whole
studio can be hired with three isolated rooms all linked to control
room, to enable little mistakes to be edited as they won't be heard
on all the other tracks. 'All play in one room' with the amps in
other rooms. This is £80 a day & every two days comes with a free
mix or you can take the tracks away & mix yourself.
2] Record live in a rehearsal scenario for £20 on top of your
rehearsal fee.
3] Recording your rehearsal with one microphone in the room. This
can be for recording ideas/jams at an affordable £5 on top of your
rehearsal fee.
