There has been a jam night at The Portcullis in Fishponds, Bristol,
UK, for over a year and I have been the resident bass player since
the end of August 2007. The pub is now under new management and the
jam is evolving into rock and blues night from 9pm to 11pm on
Thursday 1 May 2008.

The host band will be Uncensored, which is how we will run the jam.
This is your chance to get up and play with experienced musicians or
you can bring your own! Yes will be encouraging solo artists, duos,
etc, as well as bands wanting to plug their upcoming gigs.
All that we ask is that you bring your own instruments if possible
(although there will be a keyboard, drum kit, backline and
microphones available) so you don't have to play one of our strange
spare guitars or basses (haha).
